1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• Due to our exclusive sourcing from Europe and discounted rates, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
   

2. SHIPPING & IMPORTS

• Timeline: Orders typically take 5–10 business days.

• Customs: Items are imported from Italy. We are not responsible for unpredictable customs delays.

• Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature. We are not liable for lost/stolen items marked as "Delivered."

• Service Area: We ship to the USA only.
   

3. AUTHENTICITY & PRICING

• All items are hand-picked and sourced via Sofia’s direct B2B contracts in Europe.

• Prices are subject to change based on European retail shifts. We offer tax-free shopping, We take care of US import duties , shipping from europe and all that is but not limited to cost. Our prices include all except shipping to you. 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Luxebysofi LLC is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages or technical errors resulting from the use of our service or products purchased.
